| 目的：探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合臭氧疗法对骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：将扬州友好医院收治的100例骨性关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组患者单纯给予臭氧疗法；观察组患者则采用复方玄驹胶囊联合臭氧疗法治疗。比较临床治疗的有效率，观察骨关节疼痛、膝部功能及关节僵硬程度变化，检测治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-1β（IL-1β）、骨钙素(BGP）、骨保护素（OPG）水平。结果：观察组有效率92.0%优于对照组的78.0%（P<0.05）；2组患者经治疗后痛感视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、关节僵硬程度WOMAC评分均有所下降，而关节功能Lyshom评分则较治疗前有所上升，观察组的评分变化程度更为明显（P<0.05）；2组患者经治疗后的血清TNF-α，IL-1β水平较治疗前显著降低，而OPG，BGP水平则显著高于治疗前，观察组的各指标水平变化程度更为明显（P<0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊联合臭氧疗法对骨性关节炎能显著缓解骨性关节炎患者关节疼痛、僵硬等症状，提高骨关节运动能力，其机制与调控血清TNF-α，IL-1β，OPG，BGP等因子水平以减轻炎性反应损伤、调节骨质代谢有一定相关性。 |

| To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating osteoarthritis patients with fufangxuanju capsule combined ozone therapy.Methods:One hundred cases were randomly divided into a control group of 50 cases and an observation group of 50 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with ozone therapy; while patients in the observation group were treated with fufangxuanju capsule combined ozone therapy.The paper was aimed at comparing the effectiveness,evaluating the knee joint pain, knee function and joint stiffness degree of change, and testing the change levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, BGP and OPG.Results:The efficiency of the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.0%(P<0.05);the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups after treatment went down compared with before treatment,while the Lyshom scores increased compared with before treatment, and the change degree of observation group was more apparent(P<0.05);the TNF-α and IL-1β levels of the two groups after treatment went down compared with before treatment,while the OPG and BGP levels increased compared with before treatment,and the change degree of observation group was more apparent(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating osteoarthritis patients with fufangxuanju capsule combined ozone therapy can significantly alleviate the symptom such as patients with osteoarthritis joint pain,stiffness,and improve the ability of joint movement.The mechanism may be associated with lowing TNF-α,IL-1β,OPG and BGP levels to reduce inflammation injury and regulate bone metabolism. |
