| 目的:观察新生化颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对高危人工流产术后康复的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年2月佛山市妇幼保健院收治的高危人工流产术后患者120例，随机分为空白对照组、对照组和观察组，每组40例，空白对照组给予常规基础治疗，对照组在空白对照组基础上给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，观察组在对照组基础上加用新生化颗粒，观察患者术后阴道出血、月经恢复、尿HCG转阴、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流动力学改善情况。结果:3组在阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复情况、月经规律比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组阴道出血量、出血时间均少于对照组和空白对照组(P<0.05)，而对照组上述时间少于空白对照组(P<0.05)；观察组月经复潮时间、月经规律优于对照组和空白对照组(P<0.05)，而对照组优于空白对照组(P<0.05)；3组治疗后在尿HCG转阴、子宫内膜厚度方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)，观察组尿HCG转阴率、子宫内膜厚度改善情况优于对照组，而对照组优于空白对照组(P<0.05)；3组治疗后后子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流动力学参数动脉直径(D)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期血流峰值速度(PSV)均有显著改善，观察组改善优于对照组，对照组优于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生化颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能够显著缩短高危人工流产术后阴道出血时间，减少出血量，促进月经周期恢复，促进术后子宫内膜修复进程，并改善子宫内膜血运。 |

| To observe the curative effects of Xinshenghua Granule combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets on the postoperative rehabilitation of high-risk artificial abortion. Methods: A total of 120 patients of postoperative rehabilitation of high-risk artificial abortion who were admitted and treated in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into blank control group, control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in blank control group were treated with conventional fundamental treatment, and the patients of control group were treated with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets on the basis of blank control group. The patients of observation group were treated with the Xinshenghua Granule on the basis of control group. The improvement of postoperative colporrhagia, menstrual recovery, urine HCG negative conversion, endometrial thickness and endometrial spiral artery blood flow mechanics was observed. Results: The differences among the three groups had statistical significance in the amount of colporrhagia, bleeding time, menstrual recovery situation and menstrual regularity (P<0.05). The amount of colporrhagia and bleeding time of observation group were less than control group and blank control group (P<0.05), and the time of control group was shorter than that of blank control group (P<0.05); The menstrual recovery situation and menstrual regularity of observation group were better than control group (P<0.05), and control group was better than blank control group (P<0.05); The differences among the three groups had statistical significance in urine HCG negative conversion and endometrial thickness after treatment (P<0.05), and urine HCG negative conversion and endometrial thickness of observation group were better than control group (P<0.05), and control group was better than blank control group (P<0.05); After three months treatment of the three groups, the indicators of artery diameter of endometrial spiral artery blood flow mechanics parameters (D), resistance index (RI), pulse index (PI), peak systolic blood flow velocity (PSV) had improved significantly, and the indicators of observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05). And control group was better than blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xinshenghua Granule combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets can significantly shorten colporrhagia time of postoperative rehabilitation of high-risk abortion, reduce bleeding time, promote the recovery of menstrual cycle and postoperative endometrial repair process, and improve the endometrial blood circulation, which is worthy of clinical recommendations. |
