目的：探讨银杏内酯注射液辅助治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效及对患者血脂、细胞因子影响。方法：选自2015年3月至2016年9月南阳市中心医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者82例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组41例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上结合银杏内酯注射液治疗。2组疗程均为14 d。比较2组治疗疗效，治疗前后CSS评分、MMSE评分、血脂和细胞因子变化，及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率（90.24%）高于对照组（70.73%），且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后CSS评分、LDL-C、TG、TC、TNF-α、MMP-9、IL-6水平降低，而MMSE评分增加，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后CSS评分、LDL-C、TG、TC、TNF-α、MMP-9、IL-6水平低于对照组，而MMSE评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：银杏内酯注射液辅助治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效明显，且可改善患者血脂和细胞因子，具有重要研究意义。

English Summary:

To investigate the effect of ginkgolide injection on the treatment of ischemic stroke and the influence on blood lipids and cytokines in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 82 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group of 41 cases and control group of 41 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with ginkgolide injection on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 14 d.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and CSS score, MMSE score, serum lipids and cytokines, and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group (90.24%) was higher than the control group (70.73%) (P<0.05); CSS, LDL-C, TG, TC score, TNF-α and MMP-9 and IL-6 were decreased after the treatment in the two groups, while the MMSE score increased (P<0.05); CSS score, LDL-C, TG, TC, TNF-α, MMP-9, IL-6 levels after treatment in the observation group than in the control group, while MMSE score higher than the control group (P<0.05); the two groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Ginkgolide injection is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke, and can improve the blood lipids and cytokines in patients with ischemic stroke.
