目的:探讨参麦注射液对肺结核患者血清β-CAR、IL-17及CD4+细胞表达的影响。方法:选取2014年6月至2016年4月住院收治的68例初治PTB,并随机分成2组,每组34例。对照组予标准2S(E)HRZ/4HR方案,观察组在此基础上予参麦注射液静脉滴注,2组均接受24周治疗。检测血清氧化应激指标、炎性反应因子以及免疫功能,评价中医症候评分,比较治疗效果。结果:与治疗前比较,2组丙二醛(MDA)升高(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、β-胡萝卜素(β-CAR)降低(P<0.05),白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-17(IL-17)降低(P<0.05),干扰素γ(IFN-γ)升高(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+升高(P<0.01),CD8+降低(P<0.01),咳嗽、潮热、盗汗、消瘦症候评分降低(P<0.01);与治疗后比较,观察组MDA较高(P<0.05),SOD、β-CAR较低(P<0.05),IL-10、IL-17较低(P<0.05),IFN-γ较高(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较高(P<0.01),CD8+较低(P<0.01),咳嗽、潮热、盗汗、消瘦症候评分较低(P<0.01),总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液治疗PTB效果显著,值得推广应用。 |

To investigate the effects of Shenmai Injection on the expression of serum β-CAR, IL-17 and CD4+ cells in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB).Methods:A total of 68 cases of newly diagnosed PTB in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 34 cases in each.The control group was treated with 2S(E)HRZ/4HR, and the experiment group was given intravenous drip of Shenmai Injection on the basis of 2S(E)HRZ/4HR.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.The indexes of serum oxidative stress, inflammatory factors and immune function were measured.TCM scores were evaluated and the treatment results were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, MDA of 2 groups were increased (P<0.05), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and β carotene (β-CAR) decreased (P<0.05).Levels of interleukin-10, interleukin-17 decreased (P<0.05).IFN-γ, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ increased (P<0.05).Levels of CD8+ decreased (P<0.01).Scores of cough, tidal fever, night sweat, consumptive thirst decreased (P<0.01).Compared with after treatment, the levels of MDA in the experimental group were higher (P<0.05), and SOD and β-CAR were lower (P<0.05).Levels of IL-10 and IL-17 were lower (P<0.05).IFN-γ level was higher (P<0.05).Levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ were higher (P<0.01), and Level of CD8+ was lower (P<0.01).Scores of cough, tidal fever, night sweat, and consumptive thirst were lower (P<0.01).The total efficiency was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection has a significant effect on PTB, which is worthy of popularization and application. |
