目的：观察分析平衡针联合艾箱灸治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：选取2016年4月至2017年1月东莞康华医院收治的盆腔炎者70例。使用抽签的方式，将所有患者简单随机化分观察组和对照组2组，各35例。对照组盆腔炎患者单纯使用常规治疗，观察组盆腔炎性疾病患者在常规治疗的基础上，采用平衡针联合艾箱灸进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的效果、症状缓解时间、焦虑、抑郁程度、不良反应发生率。结果：观察组盆腔炎的总有效率为94.29%，显著优于对照组（77.14%）（P<0.05）；且观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度均优于对照组，症状缓解时间明显短于对照组，P<0.05；观察组不良反应情况发生的概率（11.43%）低于对照组（31.43%）（P<0.05）。结论：平衡针联合艾箱灸治疗成人盆腔炎性疾病患者的效果更为可观。

English Summary:

To observe and analyze the clinical study of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in a box. Methods:Seventy patients with pelvic inflammatory disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were selected. By using lot method, all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The patients of control group with pelvic inflammatory disease were only received conventional therapy, and patients of study group were treated with balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in box based on conventional treatment. The two groups were compared in effect after treatment, time of symptoms relief, anxiety, depression, and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (77.14%, P<0.05); the anxiety and depression of the patients in study group were better than that of the control group, and the symptom relief time was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05); the probability of adverse reactions of the study group (11.43%) was lower than that of control group (31.43%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in a box treatment is more impressive to adult patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, which was worthy of wide promoting.
