目的：分析补阳还五汤配合中医针灸对中风后肢体功能障碍的疗效。方法：选取2015年5月至2016年6月收治的中风后肢体功能障碍患者共90例，按入院顺序随机均分为2组。入院后观察患者采用西医基础治疗，静脉滴注甘露醇125 mL，阿司匹林1片/d；复方丹参滴丸10丸/次，3次/d，进行常规治疗。观察组则采用补阳还五汤口服配合中医针灸治疗。结果：观察组显效23例，有效19例，总有效率93.33%；对照组显效12例，有效21例，总有效率73.33%。2组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组经治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分、MAS评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05），而NIHSS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组患者在接受治疗后血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平明显下降，显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤配合针灸能进一步改善患者中风后出现的肢体功能障碍。

English Summary:

To analyze the curative efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture on limb dysfunction after apoplexy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with limb dysfunction after apoplexy who were admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected, and were randomly divided into 2 groups according to admission order.After admission, the patients were treated with Western medicine with intravenous drip of mannitol 125 mL and aspirin 1 tablet /d; Compound Danshen Dripping Pills 10 pills / times, 3 times /d as conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture.Results:The observation group was markedly effective in 23 cases, effective in 19 cases with the total effective rate of 93.33%.The control group was markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in all cases with total effective rate of 73.33%.The treatment effects of the 2 groups had significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment, Fugl Meyer score and MAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum MMP-9, hs-CRP levels in observation group decreased significantly, which was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture can further improve limb dysfunction after apoplexy.
