目的:优选流动相参数,建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方制剂黄七胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1含量的方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈为流动相A,以水为流动相B,考察最佳梯度洗脱参数。结果:最佳梯度为0~30 min,乙腈19→40,水81→60。在此条件下,人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.849 6~7.646 4 μg,Rb1在0.853 8~8.853 8 μg,三七皂苷R1在0.202 0~2.020 0 μg范围内皆与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:该流动相梯度洗脱比例提高了峰面积和理论塔板数,并节省了时间。 |

To choose optimal flow phase parameters and establish a content determining of ginsenoside Rg1, Rb and notoginsenoside R1 in HuangQi Capsules by HPLC. Methods:The octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica was used as filler, acetonitrile as mobile phase A and water as mobile phase B. Results:The optimum gradient:0~30 min,acetonitrile:19→40,and water:81→60. On this condition, the sample size of ginsenoside Rg1:0.8496~7.6464 μg, Rb1:0.8538~8.8538 μg, and notoginsenoside R1:0.2020~2.0200 μg, were all in good liner relation with peak area. Conclusion:The mobile phase gradient elution scale improved peak area and number of theoretical plates, and saves time. |
