      流行性感冒是一种常见的呼吸道急性传染性疾病。近年来有关流感病毒感染后继发感染的报道愈来愈多,这与流感病毒对呼吸道微生态的改变有关。而有关流感病毒对呼吸道微生态影响的研究十分欠缺,尤其是流感不同中医证型间呼吸道微生态的差异尤其少见。研究流感患者呼吸道微生态变化对于指导流感继发感染的预防,减少流感的住院率及死亡率,尤其是不同中医证型呼吸道微生态的差异对于指导流感患者传统中药的应用具有重要作用。
English Summary:
      Influenza is a common respiratory infectious diseases.In recent years,the increasing number of the secondary infection after influenza has been reported,which is related to the changes of microecology in the respiratory tract caused by influenza virus.But there are few researches on the effects of respiratory microbial communities during the period of influenza,especially the differences between the types of TCM syndromes.Study on micro-ecological changes in the respiratory tract of patients with influenza is very important to prevent the secondary infection,which can reduce influenza hospitalization rate and mortality,especially guide the application of traditional Chinese medicine.
