| 流感流行对人类社会、经济、人民健康影响大。流感季如何做好医院防控工作是每家医院面临的重点与难点。本文以北京中医医院2017年冬季及2018年初流感防控为例，总结医院做好流感防控的八大要点，以期为广大医院管理者提供可借鉴的医院管理实践。 |

| Influenza pandemic has a great impact on society,economy and human health.How to do a good job of prevention and control in the hospital during the flu season is a difficult problem for every hospital.Taking the prevention and control of influenza in Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital in the winter of 2017 and early 2018 as an example,eight key points of influenza prevention and control in hospitals were summarized,in order to provide reference for hospital managers. |
