Abstract:To observe the effects of Danqi Soft Capsules on myocardial protection and influence on blood coagulation system of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 108 cases of coronary heart disease patients who were admitted and treated in The Central Hospital of Dalian from August 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received the conventional percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment,and patients in the observation group were given Danqi Soft Capsules based on the therapy of the control group.Automatic immunochemiluminometric assays was used in detection of troponin T (TnT),P-selectin (PS) and P selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1) levels to evaluate myocardial protective effect.Coronary blood flow situation was detected by TIMI flow grade assessment; data analysis of clinic effects of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were performed by indexes of prothrombin time (PT),two D-dimer level,blood platelet count,nitric oxide (NO) concentration,anti X factors activity peak,and plasma endothelin concentration of-1 (ET-1).Results:1) Compared with the situation before treatment,the grade of TIMI blood flow classification increased significantly (P<0.05),among which the number of cases in the observation group was larger than that in the control group (P<0.05).2) Compared with the situation before treatment,TnT,PS and PSGL-1 of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the observation group decreased slightly when compared with the stability of the control group (P<0.05).3) The platelet count and endothelin in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),while the peak activity of anti X factor and nitric oxide were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in prothrombin time and D-two level (P>0.05).Conclusion:Danqi Soft Capsules can effectively improve the blood coagulation system function in patients with coronary heart disease,which can improve the coagulation system function and had the effects of good myocardial protection.
