To evaluate the clinical study on Tongyang Qutan Huayu Fang in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 80 cases of chronic heart failure in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission. Patients in control group were given conventional drug therapy for chronic heart failure, and the treatment group was added Tongyang Quyu Huatan Fang, The treatment methods and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After treatment, TCM syndrome score, LVEF symptom score, heart function grading 6MWTdistance of 2 groups were significantly increased. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tongyang Qutan Huayu Fang is effective in treating chronic heart failure, with stable and long-term effect, significantly improve the treatment of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
