To summarize the clinical experience of Zhenwu Decoction in treating slow arrhythmia. Methods:Ancient and modern literature on pathogenesis of slow arrhythmia were studied, and modern physicians' clinical treatment and typical cases were analyzed. And then the clinical experience was summarized. Results:Slow arrhythmia is undoubtedly slow pulse pattern, mainly manifested as yang deficiency of heart and kidney, and rational clinical application of Zhenwu Decoction had significant effects. Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of slow arrhythmia and it is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
