| 目的：总结真武汤加减治疗缓慢性心律失常的临证经验。方法：通过研究古今医家文献对于缓慢性心律失常的病因病机记载，现代医家的经方论治及典型案例，进行临证经验总结。结果：缓慢性心律失常当属迟脉证，以心肾阳虚为主，临证合理化裁经方真武汤疗效显著。结论：真武汤加减治疗缓慢性心律失常临床疗效显著，值得推广。 |

| To summarize the clinical experience of Zhenwu Decoction in treating slow arrhythmia. Methods:Ancient and modern literature on pathogenesis of slow arrhythmia were studied, and modern physicians' clinical treatment and typical cases were analyzed. And then the clinical experience was summarized. Results:Slow arrhythmia is undoubtedly slow pulse pattern, mainly manifested as yang deficiency of heart and kidney, and rational clinical application of Zhenwu Decoction had significant effects. Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of slow arrhythmia and it is worth promoting in clinical treatment. |
