Abstract:To study the protection mechanisms of function and time-effect relationship of acupuncture method by observing apoptotic cell in cerebral hemorrhage model rats' brain tissue around hematomas and its percentage effects at different times in acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The Wistar rats model of ICH were established by infusing autologous blood into caudate nucleus through stereotaxis technique.Apoptosis rate of brain tissue was analyzed by Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and flow cytometry (FCM) methods.Results:TUNEL positive cell percentage had a significant rise at acute stage of ICH,yet the rates tended to reduce in all the groups,which was higher than that in sham-operated group,and higher acupuncture intervention with lower percentage.The result of FCM was basically consistent with it.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment is able to ameliorate the apoptosis of brain perihematoma tissues of rats with ICH so as to protect the brain tissue from acute stage of ICH.And the earlier acupuncture intervention,the better curative effect will achieve.
