      目的:观察不同方药对辐射抗氧化能力的干预作用。方法:72只C57BL/6J小鼠(20±2)g,雌雄各半。雌鼠与雄鼠分别随机分为空白对照组、辐射模型组、辐射模型+补肾解毒方组,每组各12只。除空白对照组外,其余小鼠均施予60CO γ-射线全身照射,吸收剂量分别为5 Gy。均于照射后第1天、第14天取材,每组每次6只。随后断头取脑,在冰盘上剥离大脑,摘取两侧下丘脑,将其充分研磨使组织匀浆化,制成10%匀浆。采用酶联免疫法(ELLSA),严格按SOD、MDA检测试剂说明书操作,检测SOD活性及MDA含量,观察下丘脑胞质SOD、MDA水平,作出中药对辐射抗氧化能力干预作用的分析。结果:各组小鼠SOD活性,经辐射后14 d辐射模型组(110.26±5.50)与空白对照组(127.34±4.38)比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),补肾解毒方组(130.98±4.55)、空白对照组均与辐射模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);辐射模型组、补肾解毒方组在辐射后第14天与其第1天(126.41±4.95、120.05±7.17)比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组小鼠MDA数值变化,经辐射后1 d、14 d空白对照组(6.99±1.85、6.93±1.82)、补肾解毒方组(9.82±0.70、6.95±1.43)均与辐射模型组(126.41±4.95、17.88±3.39)比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),辐射后1 d补肾解毒方组、辐射模型组均与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),辐射后14 d仅辐射模型组与空白对照组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);辐射后14 d仅补肾解毒方组与其辐射后1 d比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
English Summary:
      To observe the effect of different prescriptions on the antioxidant capacity of radiation. Methods:A total of 72 C57BL / 6J mice weighting (20±2)g, with 10 male and 10 female were obtained. Female rats and male rats were randomly divided into blank control group, radiation model group, radiation model+kidney detoxification group, with 12 in each group. Except the blank control group, the remaining mice were given 60CO γ-ray whole body irradiation, and absorbed dose were 5 Gy. Materials were taken on 1 d and 14 d after irradiation with 6 mice of each group each time. Then the head was cut, and the brain was removed from the ice plate. And the two sides of the hypothalamus were removed, and the tissue was homogenized to make 10% homogenate. By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELLSA), SOD MDA kit, in strict accordance with the instructions, the numerical SOD activity and MDA detection were observed in the hypothalamus of intracellular SOD and MDA levels, to analyse the effect of Chinese materia medica on the antioxidant capacity of radiation intervention. Results:The mice of SOD activity, with the radiation of 14 d radiation model group (110.26±5.50) and control group (127.34±4.38) had significant statistical difference (P<0.01). Bushen Jiedu Decoction group (130.98±4.55) and blank control group had statistically significant differences with the model group (P<0.01); Compared with 1 d (126.41±4.95, 120.05±7.17), the model group and Bushen Jiedu decoction group had significant statistical differences on 14 d after the radiation (P<0.01). For mice MDA value changes, there were significant differences in control group (6.99±1.85, 6.93±1.82), Bushen Jiedu Decoction group (9.82±0.70, 6.95±1.43) and model group (126.41±4.95, 17.88±3.39) at 1 d, 14 d after the radiation (P<0.01). Bushen Jiedu Decoction group, model group and blank control group have significant difference at 1 d after radiation (P<0.01). At 14 d after radiation, only the radiation model group had significant difference between blank control group (P<0.01); Bushen Jiedu Decoction group had significant difference between 14 d and 1 d after radiation (P<0.01).
