| 通过系统检索中国学术期刊全文数据库以及PubMed数据库，回顾性分析中药治疗男性骨质疏松症（Male Osteoporosis，MOP）的临床研究现状。在中药治疗MOP的临床研究文献中，使用的上市中成药包括仙灵骨葆胶囊、六味地黄丸、活血通脉胶囊，临床经验方包括密骨片、补肾壮骨冲剂、补肾活血胶囊、骨康胶囊。基于现有文献分析，补益肝肾、益气活血是中药治疗MOP的基本治则，未来临床研究应开展大样本、前瞻性、安慰剂对照的临床试验，同时应更多关注安全性与卫生经济学研究证据。 |

| To retrospectively analyze the clinical present status of Chinese medicine in the treatment of male osteoporosis (MOP) through searching the relevant literatures recorded in PubMed and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database.Among the clinical studies of Chinese medicine treatment for MOP,Chinese listed medicine including Xianling Gubao Capsules,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Huoxue Tongmai Capsules were used.And clinical experiential formulas including Migu Tablets,Bushen Zhuanggu Granules,Bushen Huoxue Capsules and Gukang Capsules were also applied in the clinical practice.On the basis of the current literatures,nourishing liver and kidney,tonifying qi and activating blood were the basic therapeutic principle of MOP.Large sample,prospective,placebo-controlled clinical trial should be conducted in the future research.In addition,more attention should be paid to the evidence of safety and health economics. |
