| 中医药是中华民族宝贵的文化遗产，为中华民族的健康和繁衍做出了不可磨灭的贡献。中药独特的疗效及其对疑难杂症治疗的突出效果在世界范围内产生了积极的影响。但复杂的中药物质，对中药质量控制提出了很大的挑战，不利于中药走向现代化和国际化。在中药质量控制的众多分析检测手段中，液质联用技术具有选择性强、灵敏度高、分离能力好等优点而广泛应用。现以液质联用技术为切入点，主要阐述单味中药、中药复方制剂的主要成分或特征性成分的鉴别与含量测定，同时阐述部分非法添加成分检查方法等内容，拟为中药质量控制的进一步研究提供依据。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a precious cultural heritage of China, which has made indelible contributions to the health and development of China. The effects of Chinese herbal medicine and its unique advantages on the treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases have a positive impact in the world. However, Chinese herbal medicine has a unique theoretical system and complex material basis, which poses a great challenge to the quality control of Chinese herbal medicine, and it is not conducive to the modernization and internationalization of Chinese herbal medicine. Among many analytical methods for the quality control of Chinese herbal medicine, liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry is widely used because of its high selectivity, high sensitivity and good separation ability. In this paper, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology as the starting point, the determination and identification of the content or characteristic for single herb and compound Chinese herbal preparation were mainly elaborated. The determination of illegal addition inspection methods was also elaborated. The paper provided basic references for further research of quality control of Chinese herbal medicine. |
