    “南药”是我国中药资源的重要组成部分,近年来,南部诸省均积极寻求“南药”道地药材产业之路,但“南药”植物资源种类和数量不清、种质资源难保存、野生资源遭受严重破坏、人工栽培品种品质退化等问题严重制约了“南药”产业的发展。分子鉴定技术是近年来兴起的一种鉴定技术,具有准确性高、重复性好的优点。本文对常用的分子鉴定技术进行了分析总结,从遗传多样性分析、亲缘关系分析、正伪替及多基原鉴定、种质资源评价4个方面对分子鉴定技术在“南药”中的应用进展进行归纳总结,为“南药”产业今后的发展方向提供依据。

    Abstract:

    “Nanyao” is an important component of Chinese medicine resource. In recent years, provinces in the south of China have actively sought the path of the genuine regional drug industry of “Nanyao”, which has been seriously restricted by the existent problems that the species and quantity of “Nanyao” herb resources are not clear, and the germplasm resources are hard to preserve. The wild resources are severely damaged and the quality of cultivated varieties is degraded. Molecular identification technology is a new identification technique that has been widely applied in recent years, with the advantages of high accuracy and good repeatability. In this paper, the commonly used molecular identification techniques were analyzed and summarized, and the application of molecular identification techniques in “Nanyao” was analyzed from four aspects: genetic diversity analysis, genetic relationship analysis, germplasm resources evaluation, and the identification of genuine medicine, substitute, counterfeit species, multi-source one, aiming at providing the basis for the development of “Nanyao” industry.
