| 目的：观察滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年9月至2016年11月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的孕周在4~9周的先兆流产患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予每日肌内注射黄体酮注射液40 mg。观察组在对照组基础上给予中成药滋肾育胎丸。2组均以用药7 d为1个疗程，共计3个疗程。2组分别于治疗前及治疗1、2、3周后测定血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇（E2）水平，根据测定结果比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分。治疗后，对两观察组的综合疗效及证候疗效进行分析，并将观察组中不同年龄、孕周、自然流产史的患者经治疗后的临床综合疗效进行统计分析。结果：观察组和对照组治疗有效率分别是90.00、76.67%，观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较，2组治疗1、2、3周后血清β-HCG、P、E2水平显著上升(P<0.05);2组治疗1、2、3周后血清血清β-HCG、E2比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗1、2、3周后血清P水平显著提高(P<0.05）。观察组不同年龄段、孕周、自然流产史的综合疗效总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床疗效确切，同孕妇的年龄、孕周、自然流产史无显著相关性，对中医症状的改善非常明显，体内血清孕酮（P）水平显著提高。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone injection in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 60 cases of 4 to 9 gestational weeks of threatened abortion patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 cases in each.The control group was given daily intramuscular injection of progesterone injection 40 mg.The treatment group was given the Chinese herbal medicine Zishen Yutai pill on the basis of the control group.Two groups were 7 days for a course of treatment，with a total of 3 courses.The levels of serum chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG)，progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) were measured before and after treatment for 1，2 and 3 weeks.TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy of different age，gestational age and spontaneous abortion in the treatment group was compared with that in the treatment group.Results:The comprehensive effect of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 77% respectively.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of β-HCG，P and E2 in the serum of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01).The subjects in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The levels of serum β-HCG and E2 were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05).After 1，2 and 3 weeks of treatment，the levels of progesterone (P) increased significantly (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the subjects with different age groups，gestational age and spontaneous abortion in the treatment group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone injection on the treatment of threatened abortion is not significantly correlated with the age，gestational age and spontaneous abortion of pregnant women.The improvement of TCM symptoms is very significant，and the levels of P were significantly increased. |
