| 目的：观察丹红注射液对早期下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（ASO）患者C反应蛋白（CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与踝肱指数（ABI）的影响。方法：选取2016年7月至2017年11月上海市黄浦区中西医结合医院收治的早期下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者40例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组20例。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液，对照组在常规治疗基础上加用银杏叶提取物注射液，连续治疗14 d。用药前后均检测血CRP、Hcy水平，测量踝肱指数（ABI）。结果：治疗后，观察组CRP水平较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），对照组CRP水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组Hcy水平均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而2组治疗后Hcy水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组ABI均较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：丹红注射液可同时降低早期下肢ASO患者CRP、Hcy水平，改善下肢缺血程度。 |

| To observe the effects of Danhong injection on C-reactive protein (CRP)，homocysteine (Hcy) and ankle-brachial index (ABI) of patients with early lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliteran (ASO).Methods:A total of 40 patients with early lower extremity ASO were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group，with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional therapy plus Danhong injection，while those in the control group were treated with conventional therapy plus extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection.At the beginning and after 14 days of treatment，the CRP，Hcy and ABI of each patient were measured.Results:After 14 days of treatment，the CRP lever of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.05)，and that in the control group was not significantly changed (P>0.05); the Hcy lever of those in both groups was significantly lower (P<0.05)，and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups after the treatment (P>0.05); the ABI of those in both groups was significantly increased (P<0.05)，and the ABI of those in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of those in the control group after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection can reduce the level of CRP and Hcy，and relieve the ischemia of lower extremity of patients with early lower extremity ASO at the same time. |
