| “四时五藏阴阳”是《黄帝内经》医学理论的核心，其五脏调控系统是时藏阴阳理论对人体生命活动核心结构与机制的概括。时藏阴阳理论五脏调控系统具有整体地把握人体生命、重视系统内部的关系、重视系统的功能联系和动态平衡观等特点。五脏调控系统所具有的认识特点提示，在利用科学手段来研究《黄帝内经》医学理论观点时，必须从人的整体性出发，着重于人体内部的各种关系，来探讨五脏系统之间相互协调控制的机理，从而揭示其理论的现代科学内涵。基于这一认识而提出的“以时测脏”的研究思路，是对藏象概念科学内涵的有益探索。 |

| The four seasons, five-zang, yin and yang theory (also called season zang yin and yang), is the core content of the medical theory system of Huangdi Neijing. The five-organ control system is a summary that the theory of season zang yin and yang summarizes the core structure and mechanism of human life activities. The theory of season zang yin and yang with the five-organ control system is characterized by overall understanding of human life, attaching importance to the internal relations of the system, paying attention to the system's functional connection and dynamic balance. These characteristics suggest that we should focus on the integrity of the human body, exploring the various internal structure and functional relationships of the human body, and explore the mechanism of mutual coordination and control among the five internal organs when using modern science and technology to study TCM theory. Thus the research idea of “measuring organ with season” which is based on this understanding, is a useful exploration of the scientific connotation of the concept of visceral manifestation. |
