| 目的:探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗肝郁气滞型失眠对患者睡眠质量及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年4月南阳市第四人民医院收治的肝郁气滞型失眠患者120例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。统计并比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后睡眠质量及认知功能指标变化。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率高达95.00%,较对照组的63.33%显著升高(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者睡眠时间均显著延长,且观察组显著长于对照组(P<0.01);2组夜间觉醒、多梦恶梦、日间困倦及精力不足评分均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且除日间困倦外观察组上述指标评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组N2-PL、P3-PL均显著缩短,P3 Amp及MoCA评分显著增大,且2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝解郁胶囊联合右佐匹克隆可有效改善肝郁气滞型失眠患者睡眠质量及认知功能,疗效显著提高且优于右佐匹克隆单用。 |

| To explore effects of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combine with western medicine on the sleep and cognition in the treatment of liver-depression and qi-stagnation type insomnia patients. Methods:A total of 120 cases liver-depression and qi-stagnation type insomnia patients in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Control group was treated with eszopiclone, and study group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously. The clinical efficacy, the changes of sleep quality and cognitive function indicators before and after treatment of 2 groups were statisticsed and compared. Results:The total clinical efficacy of study group reached up to 95.00%, which was higher than that 63.33% of control group significantly (P<0.01); Compared with before treatment, the sleep time of 2 groups lengthened significantly, and study group was longer than control group (P<0.01). The scores of waked up at night, dreaminess, daily sickness, lack of energy decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and excepted the daily sickness, the others scores of study group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); Compared with before treatment, the N2-PL, P3-PL of study group shortened after treatment significantly, and P3 Amp and MoCA score increased significantly. The difference between 2 groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with eszopiclone can improve the sleep quality and cognitive function of liver-depression and qi-stagnation type insomnia patients, and the clinical efficacy increase significantly and which is better than that of eszopiclone alone. |
