| 目的：探讨中药益气温阳加减方对乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者生命质量影响。方法：选取2013年2月至2015年2月在中国中医科学院广安门医院和新疆乌鲁木齐中医院收治的乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者108例。按照随机表法，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。对照组仅给予内分泌治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药益气温阳方剂。观察2组患者无病生存期和生命质量。结果：观察组无病生存期（2.09±0.43）年明显大于对照组（1.68±0.31）年（P<0.05）；观察组在改善患者总体健康状态评分、临床症状评分、乳腺癌特异评价方面均优对照组（P<0.05）；观察组在改善患者生理情绪功能、社会功能评价方面均优对照组（P<0.05）；观察组在改善患者认识功能方面虽均优对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中药益气温阳加减方可延长乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者的无病生存期，改善患者生命质量。 |

| To investigate the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction on the quality of life in patients with postoperative endocrine therapy of breast cancer. Methods:From February 2013 to February 2015, 108 patients with postoperative endocrine therapy for breast cancer who were treated in Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Urumqi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang were selected. According to random table, patients were randomly divided into observation group (n＝54) and control group (n＝54). The control group was given endocrine therapy only. The observation group was given Yiqi Wenyang Recipe based on the control group. The survival period and quality of life without disease in two groups were observed. Results:The disease-free survival (2.09±0.43) in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group (1.68±0.31) years (P<0.05). The observation group was significantly improved in improving the overall health score, clinical symptom score and breast cancer specific evaluation (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05) in improving the patients' physiological and emotional function and social function evaluation. The observation group was better than the control group in improving cognitive function, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Modified traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Wenyang Formula can prolong the disease-free survival of patients with endocrine therapy after breast cancer and improve the quality of life of patients. |
