Abstract:Through comparing the similarities and differences about treatment of diarrhea between the Meng He Medicine Sect and the Jing School, this article organized the inheritance and development of the medicine characteristics of the Meng He Jing school. Methods:The database was set up based on medical records of Meng He Jing school. By using data mining, such as association rules and the hierarchical clustering method, the frequency of single drug, the frequency of drug combination, general drug, characteristic drug of the Jing School were analyzed. The inheritance vein of drug use of the Jing School was combed and formed. Results:The Jing School experts were good at using Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae to treat diarrhea. The drug combinations with high frequency were “Poria, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae”, “Poria, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae”, “Poria, Semen Coicis”. The association rules with 100% confidence was “Os Draconis; Fossilia Ossis Mastodi->Concha Ostreae”. Conclusion:On the basis of previous experiences with both inheritance and development, treatment of the Jing School in diarrhea is gentler, and especially focuses on the spleen and stomach, forming a unique idea of medication.
