目的：研究中药自热帖敷穴位治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年2月至2014年8月广西玉林市中医医院收治的哮喘缓解期患儿86例。以随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组。对照组予以常规西医治疗，观察组则予以中药自热贴敷穴位治疗。分别比较2组临床疗效，治疗前后各项临床症状改善情况，治疗前后免疫功能指标水平，治疗前后血清白细胞介素-13（IL-13）、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α（MIP-1α）及淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）水平。结果：观察组临床总有效率为95.35%（41/43），相比对照组的69.77%（30/43）更高（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组哮喘发作程度、哮喘发作频度、反复感冒以及自汗积分分别为（1.08±0.51）分、（1.09±0.42）分、（1.08±0.71）分、（0.94±0.61）分，均明显低于对照组的（1.78±0.74）分、（1.83±0.55）分、（1.53±0.74）分、（1.44±0.70）分（均P<0.05）。治疗后观察组IgM、IgG、IgA水平分别为（1.94±0.72）mg/mL、（16.12±0.74）mg/mL、（2.32±0.47）mg/mL，均明显高于对照组的（1.62±0.57）mg/mL、（13.49±0.68）mg/mL、（1.77±0.36）mg/mL（均P<0.05）。治疗后观察组与对照组血清IL-13、MIP-1α及SAA水平均明显低于治疗前，而观察组又明显低于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论：中药自热帖敷穴位治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效显著，有利于改善患儿临床症状，提高免疫功能，同时有效改善血清IL-13、MIP-1α及SAA水平。

English Summary:

To study the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress from acupoint in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage.Methods:From February 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital,86 cases of children with asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress acupuncture treatment.The efficacy,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the immune function indexes of serum interleukin-13 (IL-13),macrophage inflammatory protein1α (MIP-1α) and serum amyloid A protein (SAA) level of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.35% (41/43),which was higher than the control group 69.77% (30/43) (P<0.05).After the treatment,degree of asthma group,the frequency of asthma attacks,repeated colds and sweating score was (1.08±0.51),(1.09±0.42).(1.08±0.71),(0.94±0.61),which were significantly lower than the control group (1.78±0.74),(1.83±0.55),(1.53±0.74),(1.44±0.70) (P<0.05).The experimental group of IgM,IgG,IgA after treatment were (1.94±0.72) mg/mL,(16.12±0.74) mg/mL,(2.32±0.47) mg/mL,which were significantly higher than those in control group (1.62±0.57) mg/mL,(13.49±0.68) mg/mL,(1.77±0.36) mg/mL (P<0.05).The serum IL-13,MIP-1α and SAA levels of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment,while the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress acupoint in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage showed clinical curative effect,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms,improve immune function,and effectively improve the level of serum IL-13,MIP-1αand SAA.
