| 目的:观察胃愈疡饮协定方联合三联疗法对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、α-防御素、TGF-β1水平的影响。方法:选取2014年4月至2016年2月秦皇岛港口医院收治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加服胃愈疡饮协定方。2组均治疗8周(抗生素治疗仅在初始2周)。分别在治疗后6、12个月后进行随访。比较2组治疗后创面愈合情况,治疗前后中医症候积分,不良反应,Hp清除率和复发率以及IL-17、α-防御素、TGF-β1水平。结果:研究结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%高于对照组的70.83%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹痛、反酸、嗳气和便溏的中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6、12个月Hp清除率高于对照组,治疗后6、12复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-17和TGF-β1水平低于对照组,α-防御素高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃愈疡饮协定方能有效的调节机体免疫机制,显著提高Hp阳性消化道溃疡的治疗效果,缓解临床症状,提高Hp清除率,降低复发率,安全有效,有较高的临床应用价值。 |

| To observe the effects of Weiyu Yangyin Xieding Formula combined trigeminotherapy on the level of interleukin (IL-17), α-defense and TGF-β1 in patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 96 cases of Hp positive patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from April 2014 to February were divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given triple therapy treatment, and the observation group was added Weiyu Yangyin Xieding Formula.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks (antibiotic treatment was only in the initial 2 weeks).Follow-up was performed after 6 months and 12 months after treatment.The wound healing after treatment, the TCM syndromes scores before and after treatment, adverse reactions, Hp clearance rate and recurrence rate, and IL-17, α-defense and TGF-β1 level of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 87.50%, which was higher than 70.83% of the control group (P<0.05).The symptoms scores of abdominal pain, acid regurgitation, belching and loose stool of observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of observation group was higher than the control group for 6 months and 12 months after treatment, and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-17 and TGF-β1 of observation group were lower than those in the control group, andα-defensive element was higher than the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Weiyu Yangyin Xieding Formula can effectively regulate the body's immune system, significantly improve the therapeutic effect of Hp positive peptic ulcer, relieve the clinical symptoms, improve Hp clearance rate, and reduce the recurrence rate, which is safe and effective, with high clinical application value. |
