| 随着人们生活水平的提高，膳食结构的改变和结肠镜检查率的提高,“结肠黑变病”的检出人数明显增加。其具体的病因，发病机制和恶变情况尚无定论,却已经给检出“结肠黑变病”的患者带来显著的焦虑情绪，造成了医患纠纷。我们综合近年的相关文献，从定义、危害、病因和社会影响等方面加以分析和梳理，认为：其称谓宜更名为“结肠黑变”或“结肠黑色素沉着”更为合适，其社会影响重大，值得相关政府部门重视，并加以规范与引导。 |
| English Summary: |
| With the improvement of the people's living standard, the change of dietary structure and the improvement of colonoscopy, the detection rate of “melanosis coli” has increased significantly. The specific cause, the pathogenesis and the malignant change are not conclusive, while it has brought significant anxiety to the patients who have detected “melanosis coli” and has caused medical disputes. The relevant research papers we have reviewed in recent years is analyzed and combed from the aspects of definition, harm, causes and social influence. It is considered that the “melanosis coli” should be renamed as “Colonic pigmentation”, and it is worthwhile for the government to pay great attention to and guide it. |
