| 近年来随着生态环境与社会环境的变迁，消化道疾病的发病率逐年递增，消化道内镜的应用范围越来越广泛，其可协助临床观察肉眼未能观测的腔体内组织结构，探查病灶部位，提高疾病的诊断率。随着中医药现代化进程加快，中医药调节肠道紊乱菌群、促进胃肠功能恢复的作用引发关注，特别是内镜下喷洒或注射中药、中成药的治疗方法开始应用于临床，本研究主要分析消化道内镜联合中医药在消化道常见疾病中的应用及进展。 |

| In recent years, with the changes of ecological environment and social environment, the incidence of digestive tract diseases is increasing year by year, and the scope of application of digestive tract endoscopy is more and more extensive, that could help to observe the tissue structure of cavity which could not be observed by naked eyes, probe into the location of the lesion and improve the disease diagnosis rate. With rapid development of Chinese medicine modernization, the role of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating intestinal dysbacteriosis and promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function has aroused concern. Particularly, the treatment of endoscopic spraying or injecting of traditional Chinese medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine begins to be used in clinical practice. This study mainly analyzed the application and progress of digestive tract endoscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in digestive tract diseases. |
