      目的:对益气逐瘀法及其组方参元益气活血胶囊(SYYQ)既往研究工作进行回顾、归纳、分析、总结。方法:以参元丹、参元丹胶囊、参元益气活血胶囊、益气逐瘀法为关键词,电子检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、VIP、CBM、CNKI、万方数据库等中外生物医学数据库,检索年限均为建库起至2018年7月20日,共检索出83篇相关文献,经筛查删除重复及实际内容无关文献,共纳入42篇文献,通过文献研读,对SYYQ的基础和临床研究内容进行归纳、分析、总结。结果:SYYQ在干预缺血性心脏病方面有较丰富的基础工作,临床方面也进行了较多的疗效观察。结论:SYYQ治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛安全有效,在冠心病缺血心肌保护方面有较丰富的基础研究成果,应进一步深入研究。
English Summary:
      To review,summarize,analyze and conclude previous research work of replenishing qi and removing blood stasis method and its prescription Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsule (SYYQ).Methods:The keywords of Shenyuan Dan,Shenyuandan capsule,and Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue capsule,replenishing qi and removing blood stasis method were used to electronically search in Chinese and foreign biomedical databases such as PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,VIP,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database,etc.The search period was from establishment to July 20th,2018.A total of 83 related documents were retrieved.After screening and deleting the duplicate and content-independent documents,a total of 42 articles were included.Through literature research,the contents of basis and clinical study of SYYQ were summarized,analyzed and concluded.Results:SYYQ had abundant basic work in the intervention of ischemic heart disease and had a lot of clinical efficacy observation.Conclusion:SYYQ is safe and effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It has abundant basic research achievements in the myocardial protection of ischemia of coronary heart disease and should be further studied.
