| 目的：探讨益气活血养阴法对中晚期食管癌患者放化疗后生命质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年3月解放军第251医院收治的中晚期食管癌患者144例，按照数字表法随机分为2组，每组72例。2组患者均进行放化疗，对照组给予常规支持治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用益气活血养阴法。比较2组患者免疫功能、生命质量的差异，分析患者中医证候评分、血红蛋白及白蛋白水平变化情况。结果：治疗4周后、治疗8周后,观察组CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T细胞水平升高，且高于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组生命质量评分升高，且高于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组中医证候评分降低，且低于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白水平升高，且高于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：益气活血养阴法对中晚期食管癌患者放化疗后临床效果佳，其可有效提高患者生命质量及免疫功能，改善其临床症状及营养状态水平。 |

| To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Method on the quality of life and immune function of patients with advanced esophageal cancer after radiochemotherapy.Methods:The 144 patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated in our hospital between January 2017 and March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method，with 72 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received radiochemotherapy，and the control group received conventional supportive therapy.The observation group was supplemented with Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Method on the basis of the control group.The differences in immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups，and the scores of medical symptoms，hemoglobin and albumin levels were analyzed.Results:After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment，the levels of CD3+，CD4+ and CD8+ were increased in the observation group，which was also higher than that in the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment，the quality of life scores in the observation group were increased，which was also higher than that in the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment，the TCM syndrome score was decreased in the observation group，which was also lower than that in the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment，the hemoglobin and albumin levels in the observation group were increased，which were also higher than that in the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Method has good clinical effects on patients with advanced esophageal cancer after radiochemotherapy.It can effectively improve the quality of life and immune function of patients，improve their clinical symptoms and nutritional status，and is worthy of clinical selection. |
