| 总结林国华教授采用穴位埋线和针刺方法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的经验。林国华教授在分析慢性浅表性胃炎病因病机及证治原则时,注重病机有虚实之分,认为慢性浅表性胃炎的辨证分型主要分为分为肝胃不和、湿热中阻、脾胃气虚、脾胃虚寒、胃络瘀阻五个证型,其治疗应注意分型论治,同时注重缓解期治疗和调养。具体治疗时,在胃脘不适发作期运用针刺治疗,缓解期作穴位埋线治疗调养。 |

| Professor Lin Guohua's experience in treating chronic superficial gastritis by acupoint catgut embedding and acupuncture was summarized.Professor Lin Guohua，when analyzing the pathogenesis and the principle of syndrome and treatment of chronic superficial gastritis，pays attention to the deficiency and reality of the pathogenesis of chronic superficial gastritis.It is believed that the syndrome classification of chronic superficial gastritis is divided into five types：liver and stomach disharmony，damp heat resistance，spleen and stomach qi deficiency，spleen and stomach deficiency cold and stasis of stomach and collaterals.For specific treatment，acupuncture was used in the stomach discomfort episodes，while acupoint catgut embedding treatment was used during remission. |
