目的：探讨芪养心氏片对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法：选取2014年10月至2017年10月四川省绵阳市中医医院内6科收治的CHF患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。观察组采用在常规治疗基础上加用养心氏片口服治疗；对照组采用常规方式治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后6 min的步行试验距离、心脏相关彩超指标、血浆BNP变化及临床总有效率。结果：2组患者与治疗前比较血浆BNP水平均明显改善，且观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组患者治疗后6 min的步行试验距离均改善，且观察组明显高于对照组，心脏彩超心功能指标均明显改善，且观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：养心氏片可以有效改善患者心功能及6 min的步行试验距离，同时使患者的血浆BNP水平显著降低，对CHF患者有明显的治疗作用。

English Summary:

To investigate the effects of Yangxinshi tablet on cardiac function and plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) of patients with chronic heart disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) treated in Internal Medicine Department in Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October,2014 to October,2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random-number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Based on conventional treatment,the observation group was given Yangxinshi Tablet,while the control group was only given conventional treatment.The data of 6-minute walking distance test and cardiac color ultrasound,the levels of plasma BNP,total clinical efficiency in both groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared before treatment,the level of plasma BNP in both groups improved,and improvement of the observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency of observation group (93.33%) was significantly higher than the control group (73.33%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxinshi Tablet can effectively improve patients' heart function,lengthen the distance of 6-min walking test and significantly reduce the plasma BNP levels.It has obvious therapeutic effects on patients with chronic heart failure.And it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
