目的：观察玉屏风滴丸与布地奈德联用在成人哮喘持续期临床治疗效果。方法：选取2015年6月至2017年11月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的哮喘持续期成年患者100例，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗，观察组在对照组治疗措施基础上联合玉屏风滴丸治疗，连续治疗6个月。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、哮喘控制问卷调查（ACQ）评分，跟踪调查6个月患者急性发作次数，以及峰值呼气流速(PEF)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)等肺功能改善情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率（94.0%）明显高于对照组（80.0%），2组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.662，P＝0.004）。治疗后随访6个月观察组患者急性发作次数为(10.08±2.68)次，对照组为(15.23±2.77)次，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝9.453,P＝0.013）。治疗后观察ACQ评分为(1.21±0.28)分，对照组为(1.67±0.31)分，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝7.791，P＝0.022）。治疗后观察组PEF为(4.18±0.68)L/s，对照组为(3.23±0.57)L/s，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝7.577，P＝0.033）；观察组FEV1为(2.81±0.48)L，对照组为(2.07±0.31)L，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝9.163,P＝0.018）。结论：玉屏风滴丸联合布地奈德能有效缓解症状、减少哮喘急性发作，并能有效改善患者肺功能。

English Summary:

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng Dripping Pills combined with budesonide on the duration of adult asthma.Methods:A total of 100 adult patients with asthma duration treated in The Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from June 2015 to November 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhaler,and based on the same treatment,the observation group was given Yupingfeng Dripping Pills.After 6 months' continuous treatment,the clinical effects,ACQ scores,and the number of acute attacks and the improvement of pulmonary function such as PEF and FEV1 in the 2 groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:The effective rate was 94.0% in observation group,which was significant higher than that of control group (80.0%).The difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.662,P=0.004).The numbers of acute exacerbations were (10.08±2.68) in the observation group and (15.23±2.77) in the control group after 6 months' treatment,and it was statistically significant (t=9.453,P=0.013).After treatment,ACQ scores were (1.21±0.28) points in the observation group and (1.67±0.31) points in the control group.The ACQ score was statistically significant (t=7.791,P=0.022).After treatment,PEF was (4.18±0.68) L/s in the observation group and (3.23±0.57) L/s in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant (t=7.577,P=0.033).The FEV1 was (2.81±0.48) L in the observation group and (2.07±0.31) L in the control group.After analysis,the difference was statistically significant (t=9.163,P=0.018).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Dripping Pill combined with budesonide can effectively relieve symptoms of asthma,reduce acute asthma attack,and effectively improve the lung function of patients,which is worthy for promotion in clinical practice.
