| 目的:探讨健脾祛湿方对肥胖合并糖尿病患者脂质代谢的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月南阳市第一人民医院收治的肥胖合并糖尿病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予健脾祛湿方治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗12周后,比较2组患者血脂指标:总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)改善情况;比较2组患者肥胖指标:体重、体质指数(BMI)改善情况。比较2组临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、体重、BMI均显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C均显著升高(p<0.05),观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率(92%)显著高于对照组总有效率(76%)(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率(4%)显著低于对照组不良反应发生率(16%)(P<0.05)。结论:健脾祛湿方能显著改善肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者的脂质代谢异常,控制患者体重,临床疗效显著,值得借鉴推广。 |

| To investigate the effects of Jianpi Qushi Decoction on lipid metabolism in obese patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 100 cases of obese patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in Nanyang First People's Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin while observation group was treated with Jianpi Qushi Decoction on the basis of the same treatment. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), body weight, and body mass index（BMI）, waist circumference were measured before and after12 weeks treatment. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions was compared. Results:After the treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, body weight and BMI were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05), and HDL-C level was significantly increased (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group (92%) was significantly higher than that in control group (76%) (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group (4%) was significantly lower than that in control group (16%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Jianpi Qushi Decoction can improve the lipid metabolism of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and control the weight of patients significantly. The clinical efficacy is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion. |
