| 目的：探讨自拟安心汤协定方对冠心病患者血清氧化应激指标及HCY、D-二聚体、LP(a)水平的影响。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年6月日照市中医医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者92例，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗；观察组患者则在对照组基础上加用自拟安心汤协定方内服。通过观察心绞痛发作、心功能、心电图情况比较2组治疗的临床效果，监测血清氧化应激指标及同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、Ｄ-二聚体（D-D）、脂蛋白(LP)(a)水平。结果：观察组的有效率高达91.3%，明显高于对照组的有效率71.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者每周心绞痛平均发作次数及持续时间明显低于对照组，其心功能指标LVEF、LVDD较对照组则显著升高，心肌耗氧量较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；心电图指标SDNN显著高于对照组患者，而QTd则显著低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血清氧化应激水平MAD水平显著低于对照组，SOD、GSH PX及T-Aoc水平则显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血清HCY、D-D、LP(a)水平显著低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自拟安心汤协定方治疗冠心病疗效肯定，其机制可能在于通过调控氧化应激指标及血清HCY、D-D、LP(a)水平以发挥抗冠状动脉粥样硬化作用。 |

| To investigate the effects of Self-made Anxintang Xieding Formula on serum oxidative stress indicators and levels of HCY,D-dimer,LP (a) of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 92 patients admitted by Rizhao Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine.Based on the same treatment,patients in the observation group were also treated with Self-made Anxintang Xieding Formula.For comparing the clinical efficacy of both groups,the angina,heart function and electrocardiogram were observed,the oxidative stress indicators were monitored,and serum HCY,D-dimer,LP (a) level were detected.Results:The efficacy rate in the observation group was 91.3%,which was higher than that of the control group (71.7%) (P<0.05).After treatment,the average times and duration of weekly angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,and the cardiac function index such as the levels of LVEF and LVDD of the observation group were significantly increased,and the myocardial oxygen consumption of observation group significant increased (P<0.05),and the SDNN of patients in the observation group was higher,and the QTd of the observation group was lower (P<0.05).The levels of MAD,HCY,D-D and LP(a) in observation group were lower,while the SOD,GSH-PX and T-Aoc were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Self-made Anxintang Xieding Formula has therapeutic efficiency.Its mechanism is anti-coronary atherosclerosis by the regulation of oxidative stress indicators and serum HCY,D-dimer,LP (a) levels. |
