目的：研究榆苋方灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎（CUC）的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年2月至2016年2月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院收治的CUC患者86例。按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组患者予以常规西药治疗，观察组患者则予以榆苋方灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗。所有患者均进行为期1个月的治疗，分别比较临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、治疗前后血清转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平以及生命质量情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%（40/43），显著高于对照组的76.74%（33/43），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组与对照组的中医证候积分分别为（5.1±2.0）分、（8.1±2.1）分，均显著低于治疗前，而观察组又显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。治疗后观察组血清TGF-β、IL-10水平分别为（1.7±0.5）μg/L、（1.9±0.6）μg/L，均显著高于对照组的（1.1±0.3）μg/L、（1.2±0.3）μg/L，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。治疗后观察组患者的肠道症状、全身症状、情感功能以及社会功能评分分别为（60.2±9.0）分、（30.5±5.6）分、（73.4±10.2）分、（43.5±4.9）分，均显著高于对照组的（54.2±7.1）分、（24.6±4.9）分、（55.4±6.7）分、（37.8±4.4）分，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论：榆苋方灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗CUC具有显著的临床疗效，且能有效改善患者临床症状，提高生命质量。

English Summary:

To study clinical effects of Yuxianfang Enema with acupoint paste on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis (CUC).Methods:A total of 86 cases patients with CUC admitted by Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yuxianfang enema with acupoint paste.All patients received 1 month treatment,and their clinical effect,TCM syndrome integral,serum levels of transforming growth factorβ (TGF-β),interleukin 10 (IL-10) level and quality of life before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.02% (40/43),which was significantly higher than 76.74% (33/43) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral scores of the observation group and the control group were (5.1±2.0) points and (8.1±2.1) points,which were significantly lower than before treatment,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of TGF-β (1.7±0.5) μg/L,IL-10 (1.9±0.6) μg/L of observation group were significantly higher than (1.1±0.3) μg/L,(1.2±0.3) μg/L of control group.The difference was statically significant (all P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of intestinal symptoms,systemic symptom,emotional function and social function of patients in observation group were (60.2±9.0) points,(30.5±5.6) points,(73.4±10.2) points,(43.5±4.9) points,which were significantly higher than (54.2±7.1) points,(24.6±4.9) points,(55.4±6.7) points,(37.8±4.4) points of control group.The difference was statically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CUC with Yuxianfang enema and acupoint paste has significant clinical efficacy,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of patients' life.
