| 根据脓毒症3.0的定义,脓毒症是宿主对感染的反应失控导致危及生命的器官功能衰竭。脓毒症相关性脑病是由脓毒症导致的非中枢神经系统感染的弥漫性脑功能障碍,其表现形式多样,主要包括神志异常,激动易激惹,谵妄,昏迷等,幸存者恢复期亦有长期记忆损害等并发症。目前该病的发病机制、诊断标准尚不明确,亦无特异性的治疗方法。中医在脓毒症相关性脑病的治疗中具有辨证施治的优势,可针对本病不同的症状和阶段处方用药,然而中医药在这方面的研究尚存不足,需进一步深入探讨本病的病因病机,对中医药的治疗机制进行深入研究。 |

| According to the definition of sepsis 3.0,sepsis is multiple organ failure caused by uncontrollable reaction to infection.Sepsis-associated encephalopathy (SAE) is diffuse brain dysfunction caused by non-injection disease.It has many patterns of manifestation,such as obnubilation,irritation,delirium,coma,and so on.And it is common that many patients remaining hypomnesis in their recovery period.Although the pathogenesis and diagnostic criteria of SAE are still unknown,traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating SAE for it can prescript different medicine according to different symptoms and stages of the disease.However,traditional Chinese medicine is poor in scientific research,so it is urgently needed to research the pathogenesis of SAE and seek more evidence. |
