Abstract:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods:From January 2012 to December 2016, 100 patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. 2 groups of patients had basic treatment, which was PPI, and the observation group was added Sijunzi decoction. After treatment, efficacy, symptom score, side effects, plasma MTL and SS concentration of two groups were compared. Results:1)The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 89.23%, 72.14% (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The observation group was more effective than the control group; 2)The symptom score in the two groups were not comparable before treatment. After treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). 3)During the treatment progress, both groups showed adverse reactions. 4 cases in observation group, accounted for 8/%. 12 cases in control group, accounted for 22.5% (P<0.05). 4)There was no significant difference in plasma MTL and SS concentration between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, plasma MTL concentration decreased and SS increased, but the degree of change in the observation group was larger than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic gastritis.
