| 目的：分析金匮肾气丸对多囊卵巢综合征内分泌代谢的影响。方法：选取2013年5月至2016年12月在简阳市中医医院妇产科及妇科就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者112例，随机分为对照组及观察组，每组56例，对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，观察组加金匮肾气丸治疗。观察治疗前后和治疗结束后3个月2组患者内分泌及激素水平，并观察其毛发、月经及卵巢情况，将2组数据分别进行统计分析。结果：治疗后2组的黄体生成素(LH)均降低，卵泡刺激素(FSH)升高（P<0.05），观察组优于对照组（P<0.05），且观察组随访后与治疗后差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组治疗后的F-G评分、卵巢体积均明显下降，月经正常人数比例明显升高，痤疮比例降低，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05），同时观察组随访后与治疗后进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后组的睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)明显降低（P<0.05），观察组治疗后和随访后均明显优于对照组（P<0.05），且观察组在3个月随访后与治疗后进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：金匮肾气丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征可以有效纠正患者体内的内分泌及激素代谢水平，改善月经及排卵功能，且远期疗效更为稳定。 |

| To observe and analyze the effects of Jingui Shenqi Pill on endocrine metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 112 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2016 were selected by using the random number table and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets, and the observation group was added Jingui Shenqi Pill.Endocrine and hormone levels of two groups were observed before treatment, after treatment and 3 months after treatment.The hair, menstruation and ovaries were observed.And all data were statically analyzed.Results:(1) After treatment, the LH of the two groups decreased and FSH increased (P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the treatment group (P>0.05).(2) F-G score, ovarian volume of two groups decreased significantly after treatment.The proportion of normal menstrual was significantly increased, and acne decreased.The observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05), while the difference was not statistically significant in the observation group after treatment and follow-up (P>0.05).(3) After treatment, T and PRL decreased significantly (P<0.05).The observation group were significantly better than the control group after treatment and follow-up (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the observation group in 3 months of follow-up and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi pill in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively correct the endocrine and metabolic hormone levels in patients, improve menstruation and ovulation, with more stable the long-term effects. |
