| 目的：探讨通窍止鼽汤联合常规西药对变应性鼻炎（AR）患者临床症状、炎性反应介质、焦虑情绪及呼吸功能的影响。方法：选取2015年6月至2016年11月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的AR患者96例，依据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组患者仅采取常规西医进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上辅以通窍止鼽汤治疗，2组均连续治疗3周，并于治疗结束后至少随访3个月。统计并比较2组患者临床改善情况，测定并比较2组患者炎性反应介质、呼吸功能变化，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价2组患者焦虑状态。结果：观察组有效率为95.83%，高于对照组的83.33%（P<0.05）；治疗后2组白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、IL-5以及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分均比治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后2组第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV1/FVC均比治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组比照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在常规西医治疗的基础佐以通窍止鼽汤治疗AR，可明显改善患者的临床症状，减轻机体炎性反应，并有助于稳定患者情绪，提高其呼吸功能，疗效确切。 |

| To investigate the effects of Tongqiao Zhiqiu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,anxiety and respiratory function in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods:A total of 96 patients with AR treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongqiao Zhiqiu Decoction on the basis of the same treatment in control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks and followed by at least 3 months after treatment.The clinical changes were analyzed and compared.The inflammatory factors and respiratory function of the 2 groups were measured and compared.The anxiety status of the 2 groups was evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%) (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of IL-4,IL-5,TNF-α and SAS in the 2 groups were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the scores of treatment group was decreased more significantly than those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the 2 groups were significantly increased than before treatment (P<0.01),and the treatment group increased more than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Routine western medicine combined with Tongqiao Zhiqiu Decoction in the treatment of AR can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and help to stabilize the patient's mood,improve its respiratory function,which has the exact effects. |
