To investigate the influence of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics on hemorheology and immune status of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 1175 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in The 180th Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group (587 cases) and the control group (588 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics,while patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics only.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,hemorheology and immune function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rates were 75.68% in the control group and 95.74% in the observation group with statistical significance (P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the recovery time of leucorrhea in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01).The levels of C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,CD8+ and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01).However,the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics can improve the curative effect,blood circulation,and adjust immune function in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which is worthy of further clinical application.
