Vitiligo is a kind of limited pigmentation disease in which the skin lesions are white，non-itching and painless.Based on the diagnostic principles such as “seeking evidence for cause”，“changing with constant change” and “testing with evidence” and the ancient Chinese medicine records，the use of prescription and herbs and the use of “warming cold” method as the treatment principle of moxibustion external treatment with fire acupuncture and other aspects，we discussed the vitiligo should be treated with “treating from cold” theory.
