| 白癜风是一种皮损表现为色白,不痒不痛的限局性色素脱失性疾病,基于“审证求因”“以常衡变”“以方测证”等诊断原理,根据中医古籍记载、方药的使用及采用以“寒者热之”为治疗原则的艾灸火针外治方法等方面,论述白癜风应“从寒论治”。 |

| Vitiligo is a kind of limited pigmentation disease in which the skin lesions are white，non-itching and painless.Based on the diagnostic principles such as “seeking evidence for cause”，“changing with constant change” and “testing with evidence” and the ancient Chinese medicine records，the use of prescription and herbs and the use of “warming cold” method as the treatment principle of moxibustion external treatment with fire acupuncture and other aspects，we discussed the vitiligo should be treated with “treating from cold” theory. |
