| 头痛的病机复杂,在内伤头痛发病中,肝与头痛关联尤为密切,足厥阴肝经在经络循行上与头脑密切相连;肝之“风”性易上侵入头脑而致头痛;肝失疏泄,肝气上逆脑窍,脑神扰乱,而致头痛发生;肝血不藏,脑窍失养,而致头痛。治疗上从以下几方面调治肝来治疗头痛:1)疏肝理气法;2)疏肝通络法;3)疏利肝胆法;4)清肝泻火法;5)平肝潜阳法;6)镇肝熄风法;7)温肝降逆法;8)滋养肝血法;9)柔肝滋肾法。 |

| The pathogenesis of headache is complex，and liver is particularly closely related to the headache caused by internal damage.Jueyin liver meridian of foot and brain are closely linked in the meridian circulation.The wind characteristics of liver easily invade brain and cause headache.The liver dysfunction and liver-qi's upward invasion of brain disturbe the deity of the brain and cause headaches.The lack of blood store in liver can cause brain malnutrition and headache.Regulate liver to treat headache include the following aspects: 1）Soothing the liver and regulating qi method; 2）Dispersing the depressed liver-energy and dredging collateral method; 3）Dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method; 4）Removing heat from the liver method; 5）Soothing liver to subdue yang method； 6）Settling liver and extinguishing wind method; 7）Warming liver and reducing the reverse method; 8）Nourishing the liver blood method; 9）Nourishing kidney and liver method. |
