目的:探讨宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者子宫肌瘤体积及激素水平的影响。方法：回顾性分析2016年12月至2017年8月青海省交通医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者70例为研究对象,根据治疗措施的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予米非司酮进行治疗,观察组基于对照组联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。2组患者均连续治疗6个月。治疗6个月后比较2组患者临床疗效;测量并比较治疗前后2组患者子宫及瘤体体积;检测并比较2组患者治疗前后性激素、炎性因子水平变化;统计2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的62.86%(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后2组患者瘤体体积和子宫体积相对于治疗前明显缩小,且观察组显著小于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗6个月后2组患者血清FSH、E2、LH及P水平相对于治疗前明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗6个月后2组患者血清IL-2水平相对于治疗前明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),TNF-α水平相对于治疗前明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.57%显著低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者给予宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗可明显改善其临床症状,减轻其炎性反应,纠正性激素水平紊乱,且不良反应小,值得临床应用。

English Summary:

To explore the effects of Gongliuxiao Capsules combined with mifepristone on uterine myoma volume and hormone level in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods:A total of 70 cases of uterine myoma in Qinghai Traffic Hospital from December 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group with 35 cases in each group according to different treatment.The control group was given mifepristone，on the basis of which the study group was combined with Gongliuxiao Capsules.All the patients were treated for 6 months in a continuous period.After 6 months of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared.The volumes of uterine and uterine myoma of the 2 groups before and after treatment were measured and compared.The levels of sex hormones and inflammatory factors in 2 groups before and after treatment were detected and compared.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of 2 groups was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 85.71%，which was significantly higher than 62.86% of the control group (P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment，the volumes of uterine and uterine myoma in the 2 groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment，and the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 6 months of treatment，the levels of serum FSH，E2，LH and P in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 6 months of treatment，the levels of serum IL-2 in the 2 groups was significantly higher than those before the treatment，and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The levels of serum TNF-α was significantly lower than that before the treatment，and the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.57%，which was significantly lower than 28.57% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gongliuxiao Capsules and mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma can obviously improve the clinical symptoms，reduce the inflammatory reaction，correct the disorder of the sex hormone level，and have small adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
