To evaluate the immunosuppressive effects of tripterygium wilfordii rattan glucoside piece with the curative effect of treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016，a total of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Henan Province were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional methods，while the observation group was given tripterygium wilfordii glycoside tablets with immunosuppressive effects on the basis of conventional treatment.the treatment of two groups was compared.Results:After treatment，the 24 h urine red blood cell phase counting，urine protein，blood pressure，serum creatinine quantitative of the observation group and control group were improved than before treatment.The observation group was improved more significantly than the control group，with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment，the effective rate of the control group was 60%，and the control group was 90%，with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical use of the tripterygium wilfordii glucoside tablets with the immunosuppressive effect in the treatment of IgA nephropathy can be achieved remarkable curative effect，and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of IgA nephropathy patients，and has the advantages of reliable，safe and worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
