| 目的：探讨清金化痰汤对重症肺炎(痰热壅肺证)患者中医证候评分量表(TCMSSS)评分及炎性反应递质的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2016年7月辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院收治的重症肺炎患者75例进行回顾性分析，依据治疗方法的不同分为对照组（n＝38）和观察组（n＝37），对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上辅用中药清金化痰汤。观察比较2组患者治疗前后(TCMSSS)评分、炎性反应递质及肺功能。结果：治疗后2组患者TCMSSS评分与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者TCMSSS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者炎性反应递质与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者炎性反应递质指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者肺功能与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者肺功能优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药清金化痰汤能有效降低重症肺炎(痰热壅肺证)患者的中医症候积分，降低炎性反应递质递质及细胞水平，优化肺功能。 |

| To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qingjin Huatan decoction on TCMSS score and inflammatory factors in patients with severe pneumonia (type of phlegm-heat obstructing lungs). Methods:The clinical data of 75 cases of severe pneumonia diagnosed in our department from January 2015 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods. The control group (38 cases) received routine treatment, while the treatment group (37 cases) was given traditional Chinese medicine Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the basis of routine treatment. TCM syndrome scores (TCMSS), inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indexes between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome in two groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores of TCM syndrome in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the inflammatory factors in the two groups were different from those before treatment (P<0.05), and the inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The pulmonary function indexes of the two groups was significantly different from those before treatment (P<0.05), and the pulmonary function indexes of the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Qingjin Huatan Decoction can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with severe pneumonia (type of phlegm-heat obstructing lungs), reduce inflammatory mediators and cell levels, and optimize the lung function, which is recommended to use. |
