| 目的:探究百令胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及其对血管内皮功能、肾功能、氧化应激及肾血管纤维化指标的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月重庆市第七人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者138例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上予丹参多酚酸盐注射液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用百令胶囊。观察2组患者临床疗效及肾功能(BUN、Scr、24 h Upro、24 h UAER)、免疫功能(T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞)、血管内皮功能(MDA、SOD、GSH-Px)、肾血管纤维化(TGF-β1、MCP-1、CTGF)变化情况。结果:2组BUN、Scr、24 h Upro、24 h UAER、SOD、GSH-Px均较治疗前降低,MDA水平明显升高;观察组上述指标变化更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3+CD8+T细胞、CD3-CD16+CD56+NK细胞水平明显高于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05),CD3-CD19+B细胞、CD3+CD4+T细胞、TGF-β1、MCP-1、CTGF明显低于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的总有效率(91.30%)明显高于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病肾病具有改善肾功能,调节免疫功能,改善血管内皮功能,抑制肾脏血管纤维化的作用。 |

| To explore the clinical effect of Bailing Capsules combined with Salvianolate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and the influence on endothelial function，renal function，oxidative stress and the index of renal vascular fibrosis.Methods:A total of 138 cases with diabetic nephropathy in Chongqing's Seventh People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，with 69 cases in each group.The control group was given Salvianolate combined with basic treatment; the observation group was given Bailing Capsules based on the treatment of control group.The clinical effect，renal function (BUN，Scr，24 h Upro，24 h UAER)，immune function (T cells，B cells，NK cells)，vascular endothelial function (MDA，SOD，GSH-Px)，renal vascular fibrosis (TGF-β1，MCP-1，CTGF) were observed in the two groups.Results:The level of BUN，Scr，24 h Upro，24 h UAER，SOD，GSH-Px after treatment were decreased than before treatment of two groups，and MDA was increased than before treatment.The above index of the observation group changed more obviously，and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The CD3+CD8+T cell，CD3-CD16+CD56+NK cell increased obviously of the observation group after treatment，and the CD3-CD19+ B cell，CD3+CD4+ T cell，TGF-β1，MCP-1，CTGF decreased significantly in the observation group after treatment.The total effective rate of the observation group (91.30%) was higher than that of the control group (73.91%)，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bailing Capsules combined with Salvianolate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can improve the renal function，regulate immune function，improve endothelial function，and inhibit the renal vascular fibrosis. |
