| 目的：探究补脑息风止痉汤治疗帕金森对患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法：选取2017年3月至2018年4月四川省人民医院（东院）收治的帕金森患者69例，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组（n=34）和观察组（n=35）。对照组给予左旋多巴治疗，观察组在对照组用药的基础上联合补脑息风止痉汤治疗，2组均连续治疗2个月。比较治疗前后2组UPDRS评分及中医症候积分；统计治疗后2组临床疗效；另检测并比较2组治疗前后认知功能及血清炎性因子变化。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后2组UPDRS-Ⅰ、UPDRS-Ⅱ、UPDRS-Ⅲ、UPDRS-Ⅳ评分及观察组中医症候积分降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组临床总有效率高达88.57%，较对照组的67.65%显著升高（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后2组MMSE、MoCA评分及观察组血清SOD水平升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）；2组血清IL-6、IL-1β、MDA水平降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补脑息风止痉汤可显著改善帕金森患者临床症状，有效降低其血清炎性因子水平，并抑制氧化应激反应，提高患者认知功能，临床疗效显著优于常规西医治疗。 |

| To explore the effects of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction on the serum inflammatory factors of Parkinson's disease patients.Methods:A total of 69 cases Parkinson's disease patients were selected and divided randomly into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=35) in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2017 to April 2018.The control group was treated with levodopa,and the observation group was treated levodopa with Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction on the basis of control group.The 2 groups were treated continuously 2 months.The UPDRS (Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale) scores and Chinese medicine syndrome points in 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy in 2 groups were accumulated.The changes of cognitive function and serum inflammatory factors of 2 groups were detected and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ,UPDRS-Ⅳ scores in 2 groups and the Chinese medicine syndrome point in observation group decreased after treatment,and observation group was lower compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The clinical efficacy rate in observation group after treatment reached up to 88.57%,which significantly increased than that 67.65% in control group (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination),MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) scores in 2 groups and serum SOD level in observation group increased after treatment,and observation group was higher compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum IL-6,IL-1β,MDA levels in 2 groups decreased,and observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction can improve the clinical symptom of Parkinson's disease patients,reduce the serum inflammatory factors level,inhibit the oxidative stress and enhance the cognitive function of patients.The clinical efficacy is superior to conventional western medicine remarkably. |
