| 目的：探讨四逆汤加减对老年2型糖尿病患者糖代谢、脂代谢和葡萄糖转运蛋白4的影响。方法：选取2016年1—12月简阳市中医医院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病合并脂代谢异常的老年患者88例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组44例，对照组使用二甲双胍、瑞格列奈及阿托伐他汀联合用药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上根据中医辨证论治给予四逆汤加减口服治疗，观察2组患者的临床疗效，并对其治疗前后的总胆固醇（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、血清葡萄糖转运蛋白4（GLUT4）水平进行检测分析。结果：治疗后2组的FPG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C水平均明显降低（P<0.05），观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的GLUT4水平明显升高，且明显优于对照组（P<0.05），且在治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率95.45%，对照组的治疗总有效率为79.55%，观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在对老年2型糖尿病合并脂代谢异常的患者进行治疗时，根据中医辨证论治结合四逆汤加减口服，可以更加有效促进患者GLUT4水平的提高，控制的糖代谢及脂代谢水平。 |

| To observe and analyze the effects of Chinese medicine modified "Sini Decoction" on blood glucose, blood lipid and serum glucose transport protein 4 in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and abnormal lipid metabolism treated in the Department of endocrinology in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin, repaglinide and Atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with modified Sini Decoction on the basis of treatment group according to TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the blood lipid before and after treatment (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), serum glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) levels were detected and analyzed.Results:After treatment, the levels of FPH, HbA1c, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, GLUT4 levels were significantly increased, and significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.45%, and 79.55% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic patients with abnormal lipid metabolism in patients, TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Sini Decoction, can more effectively promote the level of GLUT4 in patients with increased glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism level of control, which is worthy of reference and application. |
