目的：探讨华蟾素胶囊、TP化疗结合方案治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年1月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者138例进行研究，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组69例，对照组采用TP化疗方案治疗，观察组采用华蟾素胶囊、TP化疗结合方案治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前组间比较血小板计数、功能状态评分（KPS）、体重比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后观察组患者血小板计数明显低于对照组，KPS评分及体重均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：晚期宫颈癌患者实施华蟾素胶囊与TP化疗结合治疗效果显著，安全性较高，可推广应用。

English Summary:

To investigate the clinical efficacy of cinobufotalin capsules combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 138 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with cinobufotalin capsules and TP chemotherapy,and the curative effects between the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in platelet count,functional status score (KPS) and body mass between the 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the platelet count of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The KPS score and body weight were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cinobufotalin capsules combined with TP chemotherapy is effective and safe for advanced cervical cancer patients,which can be widely used.
