氧化石墨烯由于其特殊的理化性质现已在各种领域得到了广泛的应用。在肿瘤治疗方面,其常被用作抗肿瘤药物的载体。鉴于其表面丰富的修饰位点,可有目的性地对其表面结构进行改造与修饰以更好地发挥其载药与释药作用。本文综述了部分国内外对其结构改造方面的研究以及将其作为抗肿瘤药物载体的研究,旨在为今后进一步开发其在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供理论依据。 |

Graphene oxide has been widely used in various fields due to its special physical and chemical properties.It is often used as a carrier of antitumor drugs in the treatment of cancer.The surface structure can be purposefully modified to better exert its drug-loading and drug-releasing effects according to its rich surface modification sites.Aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further development of its application in antitumor,this article reviews some of the domestic and foreign research on its structural transformation and its use as a carrier of anticancer drugs. |
